I purchased a Nest indoor wired camera, which I installed today. Unfortunately, when I go into
the Google Home app, to view it, I get the message 'Live video unavailable' please can you help me resolve this 🙂

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What phone are you using to access the live video? What's the status light of your camera? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this?

Hi, thanks for emailing, I think it's all working now, literally tried everything to no avail.... however after my tenth factory reset ..and while joining it to Google home, it did a software update or app update I'm not sure... something updated and now it works yay 🙂
