Hello -
I am trying to set up a new nest outdoor cam I bought few months back. I currently have a nest doorbell, nest indoor camera, nest thermostat and nest aware. I scan my camera and got to add it to the wifi and it fails every time.
I have restarted my wifi (google wifi BTW) - I've restarted my modem - I've restarted my camera - I've placed my phone in airplane mode (as I read somewhere) with wifi on and nothing is working.
I keep getting error C223.
Any extra ideas?

I should add - I'm currently about 5 feet from my internet access point - so don't think I can get much closer..

Hey there, kdwild01.
Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to look into this further for you and help find a solution. Definitely don't want this to be your forever experience with your new camera. C223 means your camera couldn’t find or connect to the Wi-Fi network you selected. Can you please try the following then let me know how it goes:
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Best Regards,
Brad.
