Hello Archie,
I posted 4 weeks ago and Archie replied several times and asked if that worked but I cannot reply. And the answer is "No, it won't reset." Please see original post. And let me know what I need to do to reply. I appreciate the effort Archie is making even though it did not help and I do want to reply.
Original post: "I charge them and that didn’t work. I reset them according to directions and that did not work. Now what?"

I had 2 nest IQ outdoor cameras just stop working after a few years and the company's response after them draging out email after email after email asking me to take pictures and videos then to tell me sorry you just wasted $800plus.
