Nest video doorbell won’t restart

Hi, we had a 2 hour power outage and my nest video doorbell went offline. We also have a nest outdoor camera. The outdoor camera started up okay after power was restored, but not the doorbell one. I’ve tried restarting the camera by holding the restart button on the back for 10 seconds and also tried holding the big button and the back button simultaneously for 10 seconds, but all I get is a tiny green light flashing at the top. No yellow or blue ring noted. This is a first gen doorbell and is hard wired in. Please help!!

We have a couple of Google Nest Outdoor Cameras that sometimes have to be unplugged for a short time after a power outage to get them to come back on after a power outage. And for one of our Nest Hellos, we have sometimes had to briefly turn off the electric circuit that includes the Nest Hello to get it to come back online.

Hi, I had an electrician check the voltage to the doorbell and to the transformer, all was good there, so it was the nest video doorbell that wasn’t working anymore. Warranty was finished, so I had to buy a new one. Thanks.
