What gives? The cam worked great for almost a week and then this?  Will this need replaced?

This looks like flickering caused by LED lights. Did you change your light recently or its brightness level?

it managed to go away, so it may have been the smart LED Lighting at just the right resonance to create the lines

Hi everyone,

@Dolesy thanks for posting here in the community. This happens when the refresh frequency of the light source is close to the exposure rate of the camera. The camera tries to detect and correct this issue, so that you can choose to wait for the issue to resolve.

In case the issue is still there, follow these steps:

  • If the light can be dimmed, set the brightness to a different level.
  • If possible, test a different brand and power level of light.
  • Adjust the camera field of view away from the light source.

Looking forward to your response.

I appreciate the help, shjin404.

Best,

Emerson
