I changed my home wifi router and need to reconnect the Nest Cam with flood light to the new Wifi network. Following the instructions in the link below I removed the device from the Google Home app, climbed the ladder to find the 6-digit setup code on the back of the camera but nothing there. There's a model no. G3AL9 IP54, FCC ID but no setup code. Google for answers and none found. Where is this freaking code?

I don’t own one but as I understand, the set up code is supposed to be on the bottom near where the cable is connected and speaker. Alternatively if you still have the QR code sticker (adhered to the front lens when first opened), that will also work.

The 6-character Setup Code may be under your cable connection. The font size is exaggerated in the install video.

Hi aatienza,
Yes I found the setup code under the cable connection. The Google Home App could not connect to the device even after entering the code, I had to factory reset it. Thanks for the community's help!

Hey folks,
Cool! Glad to hear that resetting your camera to its default settings has fixed the issue. As we got our resolution here, I'm going to mark this thread as complete. I'll be locking this thread if we won't hear back from you again in 24 hours. Should that happen, feel free to create a new one if you have more questions or have other concerns in the future.
Thanks for the help here, Rubes, MplsCustomer and Archie.
Best,
JT
