Hi,
I've had a nest wired doorbell for a few years with the aware subscription. I updated to the "new" version a few days ago but I've now since worsening of the performance.
1. The camera now takes at least twice as long to connect, up to 20-30secs before it was 5-10secs .
2. The timeline has breaks in the footage, it's saying no events detected or camera offline, although I've noticed it's filled in the blanks this morning. And then they reappeared.
3. I can no longer pinch and zoom into the footage.
its like I'm paying more for less!? I use to be able to zoom in and scroll back the footage. now it's impossible.
any ideas?
