We contacted Google Support and also chatted with the support Supervisors about the issue with the QR code on the back but they just ignored us. The Doorbell we purchased 5 months ago (never installed) is now useless because the QR code and the numbers faded out and now completely gone. This issue has been posted on social media by hundreds of people before we even knew about it.
We are sending messages to numbers of Class Action Law firms who have taken such cases before.
