New doobell battery DOA

Nest video doorbell won't turn on, after successful installation and charged battery, it refuses to turn on, and it cannot be reset either.

So he goes back to the store, first time last time  and never again, visibly disappointed.

I’m having the same issue, wont charge after the first time of working perfectly, says on the app there is a problem with the battery?!….tried to do a hard reset, but nothing……very frustrating

I don't need it anymore because I sent it back, I don't want to deal with semi-finished products anymore.
