New (wired) nest cam not working on meat app

Installed my new nest cam and it’s only showing up google home app. I have 5 other camera on my nest App and the new one not showing up. New cam is the newer generation (white) while the others are older. Am I doing something wrong?

The new cameras only work on in the Google Home App, not the Nest app or website version.

I just return my new camera because of this issue. It cannot be done apparently today. this is a major bug imho.
