OK, I used the new 5100 unit to replace my old one and I do not see an option for holiday chimes or voice announcements anymore in the Nest APP. Is this a paid service?

Thanks for posting here in the community. Let's go ahead and see what we can do here. To confirm, do you have the 2nd gen of Nest Doorbell or the battery type? The new Nest Cameras are only available to the Google Home app and it can't be set up or controlled via the Nest app. If you have other questions and concerns, feel free to let me know.
