I recently upgraded three old Nestcams with Gen 2 models. They are sitting at the same exact place the old cameras were. However as soon as I turn them in they keep spinning nad connecting and disconnecting with a retry message and something that says the camera could not be reached? Anyone have any ideas? It happens on all devices. I also have an outdoor camera on the same network which is solid on all the time. The old cameras were also very solid.

Did all three of your 2nd gen indoor Google Nest cameras install without any issues?
Where are you seeing the spinning circle, in the Google Home app or on the home.google.com website?
If you select Devices in the Google Home app and access any of your new indoor cameras individually, what happens?

Hello everyone,
@Bubbafl, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, how far are your Nest Cameras from your Wi-Fi router? What is their light status? Were there any recent changes to your Wi-Fi router? Try restarting your Nest Cameras and Wi-Fi router and try it again. Let us know how it goes.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Best,
Emerson

Thanks you for your response. The new gen 2 cameras are placed exactly where the old ones sat. The error message I posted before is not quite correct. The message I get “live video is not available” because the camera in in battery saving mode. Mind you they are wired cameras. It looks like if I bring any one of them up it used all of my upload speed and then the next one will just get the cameras to start circling with above message

Hey Bubbafl,
I appreciate your update. I just wanted to make sure, were you able to perform the steps I suggested above? Were you able to see their light status while the live video is not available? After you restarted your Nest Camera and you still get the same issue, you may try resetting them to the factory default and re-add them back to the Google Home app.
To learn more about resetting your Nest Camera, you may visit our public article about "Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell".
Thanks,
