My place of employment purchased a nest wired doorbell. The manager who created the account is no longer with our company. And his email address is no longer in existence. I tried to do a complete factory reset with no luck. How could I gain access to this doorbell?

If you can read the serial number and the 6-character setup code on the back of the Google Nest Hello Doorbell, you could try contacting Google Nest Support and ask them to override their controls to allow you to use the doorbell:
