I can’t see my previous recorded videos

Can someone please let me know why I can’t see it, I have a year subscription

This is how you view video history in the Google Nest app:

This is how you view video history in the Google Home app:

https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/10904254

Your Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription has to be for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as the one where your cameras are located.

You can check the Google Nest "home/structure" by going to the link below and clicking on your subscription. The name of your Google Nest "home/structure" should be shown there.
