I had to replace my Nest Doorbell Camera (wired). Now I get no video. How can I fix this?

I know it’s been a while, and I thank you for reaching out to us. I’d like to take a look at this for you.
A few questions: do you have a Nest Aware subscription? If so, what type of Nest Aware subscription do they have? Also, is all of their history missing or just certain portions? Lastly, how is the Wi-Fi connection in that part of the house?

Hi Zoe. Thanks for your response. I pay $50 p/year for something. Maybe Nest Aware? I had a doorbell/camera. The camera worked (including video) but the doorbell didn’t. I purchased & installed a new door/camera. Now the doorbell works but the camera does not(no video). Wi-Fi is good at the front door. Please help! Thanks.

Just a few questions: Is the Nest camera showing offline in the App? What is the status of the LED light in the Nest Camera? What steps have you taken so far?
