Subscription under wrong user name

 Subscription is up with the wrong username.   Need assistance changing the account.

You could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

Hey everyone,

 

@Hesacrook22, to confirm, are you having the same issue with the Nest-aware subscription? If so, you need to go to https://goo.gle/2NXcnMq and sign in with the same email address that you use on the Nest or Google Home app, then purchase the Nest Aware subscription.
 

Please note that Nest-aware subscriptions cannot be transferred to another Google Nest email account. You can only transfer a Nest Aware subscription to a different home structure using the same Google Nest email account if you happen to have the 2nd generation Nest Aware Subscription. The other option here is to transfer the Nest Camera or Nest Doorbell to the wrong email account to use the Nest Aware subscription.
