Why can’t I see my new outdoor camera on my nest app? Had to install the google home app to install it and no functionality available to the other nest cameras. Come on google you have to fix this. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m obviously not the only person giving google this feedback. If this the case then google cameras will be long gone from this household.

It's unfortunate and unbelievable, but the new Google Nest Camera Battery cannot be accessed from the Google Nest app or from the home.nest.com website via your computer.

Thank you for your feedback on this issue, I fully understand the frustrations of not having your new Nest Cams in the Nest App. I can imagine having to use two different apps at the moment is quite daunting, and could lead to frustration.
However, the new Nest cameras and doorbell are exclusive to the Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays. A Nest Aware subscription applies to all of your cameras, speakers, and displays in the same home structure. Thank you for your continued patience, and support.
