Any idea when will this issue of not being able to access videos addressed and fixed? I see this isn't a new problem; many people are complaining about it.
I'm using the Google Home App on a Pixel 8 phone. I currently have 5 Google Nest Outdoor Battery Cameras (4 are plugged into electrical outlets) and pay $20 a month for "Nest Aware Services."
For over a month, when I try to look at an event or scroll through my camera's daily feed - it's not available. Sometimes it becomes accessible after 12+ hours, sometimes it never does.
I think this problem occurred once in a while, starting about the time of the app updates to improve the resolution, and new layout on the Android app. But yesterday not one of my cameras had video I could access, for over 24 hours.
I have troubleshooted by re-installing; starting/stopping/updating the app; restarted wi-fi, reduced the quality from max - all the suggestions.
Something is obviously wrong and the videos aren't available for viewing, 12 hours after an event.
"Video not available; check back again later." >> concerning for a security camera.

I am having the same issue. I got the cameras for security but regularly cannot access the video footage.
