Pink screen with google nest camera

Just installed my Google nest cam yesterday and everything was fine. Today I wake up and check the video and all I have is a pink screen. I checked the forum and unplugged it and let it cool down  but I'm still having the same issue.

I completely understand this situation. Let me lend you a hand to find the solution. 

 

  • I suggest checking If the Night Vision settings are on Auto, switch it to Manual. Then, manually toggle the setting on and off. 
  • Observe the feed to check if the pink or purple tint goes away when they toggle the Night Vision settings off.
  • Ensure the camera is installed in a supported location and not in an area prone to overheating or direct sunlight.
  • If the situation is still there, try a Factory Reset on your Nest Cam.

I just installed Google home on my iPad and it works fine,  so I Uninstalled Google home on my android phone and reinstalled and it still isn't working.
