Playback speed for cameras

It seems that plenty of customers have made the request for playback of video from cameras be able to be watched at higher speeds, apparently nobody at Google reads these requests because everytime someone posts about it they get the same prewritten response and then the conversation gets locked.  It's a fairly simple & legitimate request to improve their product.

Since this is a user site where users help each other I was told google almost never comes here.  If you want to submit a feedback the ONLY way to do it is in the feedback button in the app on the phone.   I find this to be a shame because there is A LOT of good feedback where here on this forum and google chooses to ignore it.
