I am unsure if this has been asked before, or if there is even a solution to this.
Also apologies if this is not the right place to ask.
Is there a way from adults (not kids) unplugging the camera? The person in the family is aware of the camera and unplugs it when they want to snoop in the monitored room.
Is there a way to prevent this? Any locking mechanism or anti-thief add-ons for the camera and the wall outlet?

Hi NestCoffee,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I can only think of the Nest Camera battery because it doesn't require a wire to make it work unless you charge it or you'll plug it to the Nest Camera for continuous power. The wired Nest Camera can only get power when it's plugged in and it won't record anything while it's unplugged.
Regards,
Emerson

I am not looking to replace all my nest cameras (7 of them), to battery. That's would be a waste of money.
I am well aware of the difference of wired vs battery Nest Camera. Unfortunately battery Nest Camera wasn't out when I invested into the ecosystem.
Is there no such accessories that can lock wires in from being unplugged?

Hello NestCoffee,
I appreciate the help. I've checked our Google Store and there's no such accessory available. I'm not sure if there are third party retailers selling those accessories.
Best,
Emerson
