Hi, I have both Nest IQ and 2 Google Nest (battery) cam all connected to AC power.
One of the Google Nest (battery) cams has the following problem. In checking the history time line it says "there was a problem connecting to the camera stream"...
However live is streaming ok and recorded events stream ok. The 24/7 10 day history in Nest aware plus on this one cam has the problem. It is intermittent. Wifi signal is good as the Nest IQ cam and the Problem Google Nest (battery) cam are within 3 feet of each other.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have the same issue. I have 4 Nest Cam (Battery), and 1 Nest Cam (Indoor, Wired), with AC power and Nest Aware Plus for 24/7 recording. One of the Nest Cam (Battery) and the Nest Cam (Indoor, Wired) lost history about 12 hours ago and says "There was a problem connecting to the camera stream."
Wifi signal strength is good for all cameras. Live stream and previously recorded history and events are perfectly fine on all cameras as well. The endpoint devices seem fine, but I suspect the problem is the Google cloud processing. If anyone has any additional information, it's very much appreciated.

I like to add that I am having this same issue with viewing “Recent Events” tab on my iPhone and it’s also intermittent. Some times it loads events and some times it fails. I have nest aware subscription. My system consists of 9 second gen nest cameras, 1x 2nd gen doorbell, and 1x hub max cam.

I too need help. I just purchased (upgraded from nest aware) the nest aware plus $120 subscription at 0712. I can see event history, but when I scroll back to when the subscription was bought (0712 when I purchased the subscription) and on until now, I see "There was a problem connecting to the camera stream" When I try to view history scrolling through the time before I purchased the upgrade from nest aware to nest aware plus, I see "This video isn't available yet. Check back later" It seems to know there's a difference between the two time frames, but won't show anything in times between events from after I purchased the subscription until now. I know I won't get the history from before my purchase, but now that it is purchased, I should be able to view non event history.
I enabled 24/7 recording in that camera's options and can't see the history except events.
Am I missing something? Do I need to wait a certain time to be able to see the history through scrolling? I can see live videos and "events" just fine, but i paid extra to be able to see things that happened before the events or in between events, not just things tagged as events. I did JUST purchase it, so if I need to wait a little for it to get everything situated, tell me please. Someone needed to use a very tall ladder to put it up above my garage, so I hope you're not going to say I have to take it down. I literally just got it installed yesterday. It is plugged in. I see the infinity sign.

Since you've purchased the Nest Aware Plus, you can get 60-day event video history and 10-day 24/7 video history. Learn more here.
Also, the video history will start from the time you've purchased the subscription.

Thanks. It took a while for it to show up, but now it is showing up and I can see from the time I purchased it and on.
