Hi, my indoor Nest IQ camera has stopped working - it just won't connect to my wifi.
After 2 hours on the phone to 3 Customer Agents, I am told it's out of warranty and hence not eligible for a replacement.
I bought the camera on 18-Dec-2018 for £260 (approx USD 330 at the time). It finally died last Wednesday.....it's not even been 4 years.
Shouldn't something costing £260 last more than 4 years?
