Why am I not getting my recording I paid for?

 What Nest Aware subscription do you have? Is your camera in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your subscription?

@DRutherford, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, how many home structures do you have? Are you signed in to your same email address when you purchased your Nest Aware subscription? Make sure you applied your subscription to the home structure where your Nest devices are linked. Looking forward to your response.
