When setting up a new wifi router, my Google nest cam and my doorbell were removed from the Google Home app. The new router name and password are the same as the previous, and I've tried to reset the nest cam and relink with no luck. When trying to add it to my existing home network it says it cannot find the device. I've tried creating a new home network and the same issue occurs. I cannot factory reset since the devices are no longer showing up in the app. How do I get the camera and doorbell to reconnect to the wifi network so I can add them back to my home app?

The camera is finally up and running. It took about 5 tires of holding the button down for 12 seconds. The first few attempts it only made a short chime like it does for a reset. You'll know it's actually factory reset when you hear a longer, sing-song type of tone. After a few seconds it made a similar song-song tone to boot back up and the light on the front turned blue. I did this while the app was actively searching for the device and it was able to find the device and connect. It let me connext it to the wifi and then finish with some set up steps. Will try the doorbell tomorrow and report back.

I'm not sure how or why setting up a new Wi-Fi router would remove your camera and doorbell from the Google Home app.
The battery camera does not have to be in the Google Home app in order to perform a factory reset; with the camera plugged in you need to press and hold the reset button for at least 12 seconds:

Held the button for 12 seconds until it made a chime but still unable to connect

Sometimes it seems to take several tries, or longer than 12 seconds, for the camera or doorbell to go through the steps described in the Help instructions.
I've seen some reports in this forum from customers who couldn't get their device to perform a factory reset because the device was defective. You could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Along with the 5 tires it also took 5 tries. Not easy to use the button with 5 tires, that's for sure.
