Replacement Cable for Nest Cam IQ Outdoor

I have recently moved and Google said they would provide replacement cables for my 3 Nest Cam IQ Outdoor cameras. How do I get those cables? I need to hook up my cameras at my new house.

Who did you talk to with Google that said they would send replacements?  Normally the power adapter/wiring is for sale at the Google Store but doesn't seem available (at least for me, when I looked).

You will probably need to contact support again if they promised you something that didn't materialize.
