Retrieve History

I am unable to view my history from yesterday.  It say "No recorded events" Can someone help me retrieve the video history? 

Video recording is turned on so no sure why it has deleted all my history? I am still on the 30 day trial. Does that make a difference? 

Desperate for the footage as someone dumped a can of beans and a can of ravioli on my front porch 😞

I’m seeing the same thing on my brand-new battery powered Nest Cam. There is an event that I can see when I look at the scrolling view, but the complete history view shows no events today for this camera. I have carefully checked the filter to ensure I’m looking at the right thing. 

Extremely disappointed that these new cameras don’t work with the legacy Nest app and that we’re left to fight with this abomination of an app called Google Home.

I'm sorry to hear that 😞 I'm really disappointed too.  

It was working so well for a while.  

I'm wondering if someone has our wifi password if they are able to connect to the doorbell and turn the video recording off??  So weird that the camera & recordings conveniently aren't working now.

what device are you having issues with? the previous nest hello or the new battery one?

 

If it is the previous hello I found that going to home.nest.com and logging in and reviewing footage there was a bit more user friendly than the app.

We have the hard wired model which I assume is the previous one.

Hello I'm having this problem also on the nest cam battery. My events from TODAY are there but yesterday and the day before etc... are gone and day no recorded events. I read something about a cloud storage? However where do I find this?

Sounds like you are missing a Nest Hello Subscription. You may have been on a Trial before. You can sign up for it here. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
