Should there be a rattle on the chime box before even opening

I have not opened the chime box yet, it looks sealed, but I am just concerned before I even open the box that inside the box it sounds like items are loose and it's rattling. I bought it in an Currys store that is across the border where I live over two hour drive away. So can't just bring back to shop.

Thank you, we went ahead and opened the box. The wire/plug part was loose in the box causing the rattle. The device itself appeared ok and is so far working ok. Thank you for your support.
