Solution to no live video on OnePlus devices

New member here.  Recently installed a battery Nest doorbell.  Everything worked but I could not get live video on my OnePlus 8 although I could on my chromebook.  After lots of digging I found the answer.  On the OnePlus, go to Settings -> Display and turn off "Vibrant Color Effect".  Once I did that I was able to get live video on my OnePlus.  I found one thread here where someone, @MacKrafty had this issue but that thread was locked and I could not reply to it.   Hopefully I have not violated any forum rules posing this.

Thanks for the info.  I was excited to see a reply to my problem, but alas, looking under settings I don't see a Vibrant color effect" nor does it show up in a search.  But it gives me some hope there is a solution for me out there.

Maybe they call it something different on the Nord or maybe it's located is a different place withing settings.

Still no solution for my NordOne+ issue yet. Still won't live play (most of the time).
