Swann buddy doorbell

I have a Swann buddy doorbell and I am having trouble where the doorbell won't stream on either the Google home app or my Google nest hub gen 2.

I am sorry to hear that your device isn't loading on the Google Home App or the Nest Hub. It is possible that your device is not a compatible doorbell. I wouldn't know how to exactly troubleshoot it, but you could try to restart your device and try again? If the device can't be added, you may have to try using a different app.
