Did you get the results documented on the factory reset for your camera? Sometimes it takes more than one try, or takes longer than the specified time.

For the battery camera:

1. Plug the camera into a power source.
2. Locate the reset button on the back of the camera.
3. Press and hold the button:

At 10 seconds, the status light will blink yellow four times, and you'll hear a countdown tone.
At 12 seconds, the status light will be steady, solid yellow while the camera starts the factory reset, and you'll hear a confirmation tone.

4. Release the button. Your camera will restore to its factory settings.
5. After the factory reset, your camera will appear as “Offline” in the app until you remove it.

Note: the battery camera gets installed in the Google Home app.

Reset worked but still will not connect

@Tambo

We haven't had to reset our battery camera since first installing it almost 4 years ago.  Maybe you have to temporarily move your camera nearer a Wi-Fi access point during the install, and plug it in during the install process, as documented in their install video:

Having the same issue and trying to get to chat for support is an endless loop since the camera was removed from the app

@sgrinavi

To contact Support and avoid an endless loop:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Thank you!
