OK, i have this problem as well.
I have tried everything I have searched...
Remove all other devices, factory resets, create new group, delete original group and recreate, rename new wifi and pass same as old
What is even left to try?
I can not connect either my 2 Nest Camera Battery or Doorbell Battery to my new Nest Wifi.

Hey there,
Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. I see that you have tried to restart and factory reset your device, and I am surprised you are still seeing the same results. Have you set up a new Wi-Fi router, or added a new connection by chance?

HELP!!! I am getting the same message when I try to setup my Google Nest Cam. I have tried all of the steps suggested, still not able to set up.

How far away is your internet from your cameras? Also, do you know what Wi-Fi channel your connection is going through, your 2.4ghz or 5ghz channel?
