Trying to find a replacement wall mount and plate for my nest doorbell (battery)

We had a new front door installed today, which required the contractor to remove the wall angle mount and plate from the existing door jamb. The contractor accidentally threw away the doorbell mount and plate, so now we have a doorbell but no way to put it back up. I can't seem to find any way to get a replacement?
