Greetings,
I need a specialist to handle a problem. 2 of my 5 Nest IQ cameras stopped working.
I checked the app, no green light on the the cameras, checked connections, power source is same as the operational 3 cameras which I swapped outlets anyways, power off reset, factory reset…they are flat out dead and for no reasons, both are not in the weather which is California.
This it’s absolutely unacceptable for a product, especially at this price point.
I would like to get them replaced

I’m so sorry if you’re having any issues with your Nest Cam IQ outdoor. Let me help you out. Have you tried using a different USB cable with your Nest Cam IQ outdoor?

Hello there,
Yes, that is correct. There is a USB Type-C connector connected on the back of the camera. Try swapping it out with one of your Nest IQ outdoor camera USB cables and see if the issue persists.
