Two door bells each working two chimes

Our house has two front doors.  One is the main front door, and the other is an office entrance that is virtually never used.  Each has a door bell push button.  Both trigger the same chime.  There is a repeater chime in the basement that sound when main floor chime sounds.  Both doorbells are wired, as opposed to battery operated.  The main floor chime has three wires ("Front", "Trans", and "Rear").  The basement chime has just two wires ("Front" and "Trans").  Is there a way to make all this work with the Nest Wired Doorbell?
