I purchased a new camera (wired with floodlight) and battery door bel
Neither will connect despite making all the right sounds ?
I have tried setting it up in another home and it will not connect?
many ideas?

I'm not sure on these cameras but on most Nest devices, when connecting for setup, the phone must connect to a temporary wifi network the Nest device creates. On iOS sometimes it is useful to manually connect to it when the Home app says it is trying to connect to the device.

EmmaW, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What message are you getting when setting up your camera? What phone are you using (Android, iOS)? Also, how far is your camera from your Wi-Fi router?
