Hi, I have a Nest Outdoor Indoor Battery Cam. Suddenly video history gone! My subscription nest end already but I'm not even sure if I did subscription or is automatic. Anyway, I need it back because I'm in the middle of a package claim. Got 2 question: First how I get back my video history and second if I renew my subscription, could I be able to recover my video history? Thanks

Video is deleted after 3 hours. Once it is gone it is gone i am afraid.
