Video Length

Have subscription too.  I can not locate any settings to change video recording length.   Videos only recording for 30 seconds.

For our battery camera (NOT the doorbell), we can set the Maximum Event Length under Settings | Video | Maximum event length:

Thank you but I can not find any length settings.  There are settings for video quality and audio but nothing else.

I don't know why your 2nd gen doorbell does not have a Maximum Event Length setting, as shown below. You could try contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
4. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
5. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
