Video Preview in notifications via Home app not showing

The video previews aren't showing for me on a Samsung Note 10+.

I've already uninstalled Google Home and reinstalled. No difference.

Oh no! Let's get your video preview back in notifications via the Home app. To narrow this down, have you tried a different phone? Is this situation ongoing or just occasional? Try turning the notification settings on and off in the Google Home app. Reinstalling the application may also be helpful. Tell us how it goes.
