Video history

I have a total of 3 cameras.  One is doorbell and other two are cameras.  Today when trying to review history from previous night i can connect for the history on the doorbell and one of the cameras, but the other camera does not connect to history and just continues to show the circling icon showing its attemting to connect.

Can anyone suggestion a resolution
