When I try to watch the doorbell history most of the videos say they are unavailable to check back again later. I have the nest aware subscription. I never had this problem with my 1st generation doorbell. It's not a wifi problem or battery, I've reset, I've uninstalled, I've done everything, it's not a problem on my end. Very frustrating because somebody came in and stole some stuff out of my house and I can't see who it was because the video says it's unavailable to check back again later. I spent a lot of money on this camera and I also spend money on the subscription and now I've been robbed and can't see who did it, what is the point of having this camera if Noone can fix this issue and I see that many many people are having this same problem but I've not seen any solution

Thank you for posting here in the community. I´m really sorry that the Nest Doorbell doesn´t capture the specific event that you requested and shows it as unavailable. This could be frustrating, especially because you want to see an important event to report the robbery. Help´s here.
