Video recording is wrong on my account but ok with a different family login

Weird... We had an issue last night with kids hopping our fence. Looking back at the doorbell video, my account shows nothing happened but a moth flying by. However, the same time on my husbands login shows the whole event. Why is the video showing the wrong events for different users? It seems very strange and not sure what can be done. 

The customer service option is disabled saying there is a too high of a volume of requests.

Wow,,, that is odd.  I'm and end user as well.  The only thing I can think of is on your phone go into the Goole Home app and actually LOG OUT and wait a few minutes and log back in to see if the clips appear.   If it doesn't fix it come back here and let me know and I will see if I can get more help.

You could also try deleting and reinstalling the Google Home app on your phone, and then log back into the app.
