Hi,
Please help. My Nest Doorbell stopped working back in July. I reported this and was told it would be replaced under warranty. All good.
Since then I've been told that I have to reinstall it AND wait until my old doorbell has been returned. Not great and gets worse.
I've been asked to return the old doorbell via UPS labels. I've wasted my time packaging and posting this twice now and both times it has been returned. I've now been without a doorbell for nearly half a year and have been paying for a subscription I've been unable to use.
Please can someone help get this resolved ASAP. Ideally a Nest doorbell technician to be sent with the new device, install and leave with the old device. Simple. Surely.
