I have been a Nest customer for about 8 years. I just bought a pair of the new Battery Nest Cameras that I wanted to integrate into my home security package. I already nave 6 other Nest Products at all work within the Nest app. I cannot believe that the decision has been taken to prevent people who use the Nest App to monitor their home security have prevented the new Google Nest Cams from appearing in the Nest App . One cannot watch all ones cameras simultaneously in the Google Home App so it is seriously lacking. This is what anyone monitoring their home security wants to be able to do. I am very disappointed and I think that Google have made a very big mistake in not accommodating and maintaining the loyalty that their Nest customers have for the products they have already bought.

I did discover yesterday that if you have the Google home app installed on a tablet,you can see all the cameras live. I know that doesn't really help, I have 7 of them, and was disappointed too.

But you still can't see them on a Mac or PC unless you use an android emulator

Thank you for your feedback on this issue, I fully understand the frustrations of not having your new Nest Cams in the Nest App. I can imagine having to use two different apps at the moment is quite daunting, and could lead to frustration.
However, the new Nest cameras and doorbell are exclusive to the Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays. A Nest Aware subscription applies to all of your cameras, speakers, and displays in the same home structure. Thank you for your continued patience, and support. time to Wyzen up !! I think its high time I sold all my nest devcies and cancel aware subscription. There is no way I will be purchasing anything from their new line-up without a decent application. The Google Home app is a disgrace.
Nest was a solid product over the last 8 years, and the management & IT Google clowns who have ruined the integration of this product, and wasted Serge & Larrys money, should be made accountable as they will continue to lose customers. (not that they care, as they are all getting fat on their share options)
