I am regretting changing my old Zmodo cameras system to the new nest Cameras. Here are few things that I am having issues with, if someone can please help me.
1. when I receive the notification on my phone or in my Apple Watch, it is not showing the image of the person like the old Nest application use to do
2. If I choose not to get the notifications, then the camera won’t record anything at all.
3. we recently had someone stealing a package on our porch, and obviously we couldn’t watch the end because the video ended before the event happened
4. With Zmodo, you can have schedules, so in the night when you are sleeping, you can get all the notifications, but during the day when your son is playing outside, you are not getting a thousand notifications
5. we have an Arlo, and it will save any movements for days, and you don’t have to do so many clicks like you do with Google
6. please bring the nest app back, we never had those problems with that app, Google home app is the worst app ever
if anyone can please help me. I am about to change all my cameras to the Arlo System
