Tengo un Nest Hello ( nest hello video doorbell) el cual estaba funcionando correctamente más de 1 año, ahora ultimo al sonar el timbre y conectarme a el mediante mi Smartphone No se escucha nada lo que dice la persona en el timbre, lo que yo trasmito al timbre funciona correctamente y la persona en el timbre lo escucha sin problema pero lo que dice la persona en el timbre no se escucha en el Smartphone y el micrófono del timbre se encuentra activo.
Favor ayuda!!

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. Have you tried to reset your Nest Hello? Also, make sure that your Notification settings are turned on for the app on your phone so you can still get notifications.
