Wi-Fi connectiom

Got a new wifi service provider.  Had no trouble changing my doorbell however my outdoor camera will not except the Wi-Fi password I’ve put it in 10 times there’s no errors and I keep getting a C104 code and all it tells me is to keep trying that I must have the wrong password… Please help

Thanks for reaching out. Let's get this sorted out. A few questions: what type of Nest camera are you setting up? What type of app are you using?

I’m using a Nest Cam Outdoor camera and the Nest app.  When I got the new WiFi I had no trouble changing my doorbell but couldn’t change the camera.  I keep getting error c104.  It says wrong password.  It is not.  Thanks Linda gerbosi

I'm sorry for the late reply. What is the color of the LED lights on the Nest Cam Outdoor during setup? Also, is this happening to multiple phones?
