When live viewing or recording, the mic sounds good for a minute then the audio on it goes down very soft and muffled for a minute then it goes back to regular loud and clear sound for a minute and it just keeps doing this, any idea how to fix this.

I am having the same problem in a brand new install… start streaming and the audio might be there but it fades to nothing quickly. App gives no sensitivity for the mic like it does for Al my other Nest cameras. I am an Aware subscriber as well using Apple iOs devices.

I have a similar issue. Audio starts out fine and then fades. Video freezes. Still need help.

Yes we still need help… the camera doorbells have not self healed!!!

Also, it seems odd to me that since this is indeed a doorbell you’d have figured out a way to make the pushed alerts to be just that… a door bell alert… not just an everyday normal ding that there is motion at the front door arc. It would be nice if it were a different alert that all of our other nest cams!!
