Wired nest cam won’t reset and connect to app

I have used this cam at another house but haven’t used it in 4 months. I have tried all the troubleshooting. When resetting it or plugging it back in, the light in the front turns green after it is white for a second. It needs to turn blue!  What do I need to do?? Help I don’t want to have to buy a new one!

Have you followed the "factory reset" instructions (not the "restart" instructions) that are appropriate for your camera? And then tried re-installing it?
