I have not experienced such a bad customer service, i ordered nest cam on Google store, their system made an shipment label error and send to to wrong address. I have been waiting since last 3 weeks to get the replacement and every time customers service agent tells me that the support team is working hard to get the replacement... Honestly such a long wait time is unacceptable
Does anyone. Know how to escalate the issue?
